• Medication non-adherence is a serious problem that can result in poor patient outcomes, decreased patient quality of life, increased hospital readmission and even death. At Tap Pharmacy, our staff is dedicated in making sure our patients are on track with their medications through our Tap Pharmacy Care Plan (PCP).
